County Ensemble Vacancies

We are excited to announce that we currently have vacancies in our County Ensembles!

Our nationally recognised and awarding winning County Ensembles, in addition to their regular rehearsals, concerts and competitions, will be embarking on an exciting concert tour to the Harz region of Germany in July 2016. 

We are now accepting applications to audition for our County Ensembles and are keen to offer opportunities to talented musicians of ideally grade 7 / 8+ standard*. We currently have vacancies for the following:

• Euphonium
• French Horn
• Trumpet
• Trombone
• Tuba

• Bassoon
• Clarinet
• Oboe
• Saxophone

*Strong grade 6 with good sight-reading skills may be considered for some instruments.

The commitments for the remainder of our 2016/17 season are:

• Sat. 16 April           10am – 1pm
• Sat. 7 May             10am – 1pm
• Sat. 21 May           10am – 1pm
• Sat. 18 June          10am – 1pm
• Sat. 2 July             10am – 1pm
• Sat. 9 July             10am – 4pm
• Sun. 10 July          10am – 4pm + evening concert
• 23 July – 28 July   Concert Tour to Germany
