On 7th May Cambridge Renaissance Voices will be giving a concert of Tudor sacred music in the beautiful setting of Boxgrove Priory near Chichester.

Here is a brilliant opportunity for young musicians that are at Grade 8 or above to take part in the West Sussex Youth Music Awards. Applications need to be made by Monday 7 December for a first round on Sunday 17 January and the final is on Sunday 20 March at 3pm. The winner will receive £400 and the other four finalists will receive £250 each to put towards their musical studies. See the attachments for further details on how to apply.

The show is written and devised by the amazing Steve Dummer and the lovely Stevie Higgins. ‘Wonderlandʼ is a brand new project created by pianist Ashley Wass and violinist Matthew Trusler which both celebrates the 150th anniversary of the publication of Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and raises money for the Lenny Trusler Childrenʼs Foundation (http://www.ltcf.co.uk), a charitable trust dedicated to providing relief from suffering and illness for very sick babies and children.
