Robert holds a BA (Hons) in Music, an Associate Diploma (ATCL) and Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and has obtained Qualified Teacher Status (QTLS). He holds an enhanced DBS (registered with the Update Service) and completes annual child protection and safeguarding training.
Robert is a local teacher, pianist and composer specialising in contemporary music. He provides expert tuition in piano, composition and music theory. He can also help out with GCSE/A Level exams and provide workshops.
Since 2014 Robert has worked as a peripatetic teacher with West Sussex Music Trust. He’s now an Associate Tutor working on behalf of the organisation. Robert has worked in further education as course leader for A Level and BTEC Music.
