Job Overview:

We’re seeking an exceptional singing and choral leader to develop singing in schools and establish progression routes from schools to music centre choirs. Someone who will make a difference to the lives of hundreds of young people across West Sussex. Someone who understands the incredible power that choral singing has, to improve wellbeing and confidence.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering our programme of school choral projects, massed singing events, and CPD for schools. Additionally, you will lead a team of fellow singing practitioners to expand the opportunities for schools and students.

This role will contribute to the Hub’s singing strategy, which is committed to increasing access to, and participation in, high-quality singing and choral opportunities in and out of schools. Building progression routes from schools to music centre choirs is an important part of this role.
