An event every day that begins at 10:00 am, repeating until 20 December 2023
Join our exciting and engaging DJ & Music Production Workshops this December. We’ll be at Thomas Bennett Community College.
These workshops are part of our wide holiday activity programme and we can offer Free places for those receiving free school meals, or half price for those on other benefits. Lunch is included.
Open to 8 – 16 yr olds, all skill levels are welcome, and equipment is provided. These workshops are a wonderful opportunity to be active during school holidays and make music with others.
During the DJ & Music Production Workshops you will learn:
- The fundamentals of music through DJing
- Music production and composition
- Use of decks and live performance technology
- How to compose music to video (soundtrack)
- The use of tempo, pitch, texture and rhythm
- To create your own beats and compose songs
