The company may send you information electronically from time to time, including notices of meetings. You agree that the sending of e-mails to the address provided on this form will constitute good notice in connection with any matter relating to the company. If you are a director, you agree that telephone calls to the telephone number provided on this form will constitute good notice of directors’ meetings. If you want to apply for an exemption from this, please let us know and we can advise if your application is likely to be successful.

[If you are a director, your address, date of birth, email address and telephone number will be provided to the Charity Commission as part of the registration process but only the names of trustees appear on the Charity Commission’s public register and not their contact details. Exceptions from these requirements are sometimes available if disclosure would create a security risk to you or members of your household – if this may apply, please contact us to discuss the situation].
