How you can donate

If you would like to make a financial donation please complete the form below. Your money will make a big difference. These are just a few examples of what a gift from you will enable us to provide:

  • £15 funds an extra mouth pieces for cornets
  • £25 buys a set of violin strings
  • £50 will pay for a student in need to attend a Music Centre for one term (£150 pa)
  • £70 can provide 32 saxophone reeds for a term’s whole-class programme
  • £100 covers the cost of a child in need attending group music lessons for a term (£300 pa) 
  • £750 funds a student to join the biennial European tour

Gift Aid: Making a donation through Gift Aid means that West Sussex Music can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you give. It will not cost you any extra.

Donation Details

If you change your name or address after setting up a recurring donation you should update these details in the WorldPay Shopper Interface. Recurring donations can be cancelled using the WorldPay Shopper Interface.

Only applies if this is a recurring donation. The first payment will be taken one day after you successfully complete this form.

To claim Gift Aid: I confirm I have paid or will pay an amount of Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax for each tax year (6 April to 5 April) that is at least equal to the amount of tax that West Sussex Music will reclaim on my gifts for that tax year. I understand that other taxes such as VAT and Council Tax do not qualify. I understand that West Sussex Music will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give on or after 6 April 2008. For recurring donations with Gift Aid, if you no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains you should cancel your recurring donations using the WorldPay Shopper Interface. If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.
