Singing Resources

  • Sing Up: singup.org If you are not registered already you can ‘Register as a Friend’ for free which gives you access to a set of songs with something for everyone from KS1 – 3. This free library is updated regularly and new songs are added with seasonal relevance.
  • Voices Foundation: voices.org.uk Voices Foundation offers in-depth support for schools looking to embed singing across their school. It offers free resources and a series of free virtual singing assemblies which provide short, snappy singing sessions presented by vocal specialists.
  • Friday Afternoons: fridayafternoonsmusic.co.uk A free song bank of contemporary classical repertoire for a range of abilities. All songs have scores, learning tracks and online resources available free of charge. Something for all key stages and choir settings.
  • Sparkyard from Out of the Ark: sparkyard.com An online primary music resource which has a subscription fee, but offers a free 30 day trial to go and explore the website. Loads of ideas for curriculum songs and singing assemblies as well as seasonal celebrations.
  • Song Source from Portsmouth Music Hub: portsmouthmusichub.org/songsource A free online song bank of themed songs for KS1 and KS2, curriculum based and supported by learning tracks, lyric videos and written scores.
