Adding another string to your bow (or brass instrument)
Do you know a child or young person who is interested in learning an instrument?
At WSM we offer group and individual lessons across a wide variety of instruments.
Between us, we teach a huge range of orchestral instruments, including brass, woodwind, string and percussion instruments, contemporary instruments, including guitar, keyboard and drum kit, as well as singing.
Whether you want to take up piano, a traditional orchestral instrument like the violin, cello or flute, find your jazz groove on the trumpet or saxophone, or rock on the guitar or drums, there is a teacher for you.
We also offer lessons in composition, theory, and song writing.
Instrument hire
If your child is just starting out with lessons, or are trying something new, it might be expensive buying a brand-new instrument until you know they are going to like it.
At WSM we have a range of musical instruments available at low cost, just £36.40 a term, and if your child is entitled to free school meals or is a child in care instrument hire is free or discounted.
From the baritone to the cello, the euphonium to the guitar, the oboe to a violin we have an instrument at almost every letter of the alphabet!
See below to find out more and get in touch to organise hire.
If your child is about to start lessons with a West Sussex Music tutor we’ll send you details of how to hire an instrument once your lessons have been confirmed.
