Annual Schools’ Music Survey
2024-25

Crucial funding from Department for Education (DfE) enables West Sussex Music to provide whole-class first access programmes, subsidised group and individual music tuition, locality and county-wide ensemble opportunities, low-cost instrument hire and access to a range of large-scale events. It also funds the West Sussex singing strategy, teacher training and a range of schools’ workshops / projects.

It is essential that we do everything possible to retain this important funding to ensure the highest standards of music education and opportunities for young people and teachers in West Sussex.

We have constructed a succinct set of questions about music in your school, which should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

If you have any difficulty with the on-line form or wish to ask for help, please do not hesitate to contact Alison Sutton – alison.sutton@westsussexmusic.co.uk  or phone West Sussex Music on 01403 286330.

Please note the deadline for submission is Friday 20 June 2025.
