Grade 8 in Piano Performance. Grade 5 Music Theory with distinction. Natalie believes in continually developing her own musical skills and competence and will soon be studying for the ALCM Diploma.
Natalie is a member of Piano Informance (Practising the Piano) Online Academy and the Incorporated Society of Musicians (ISM).
Natalie has taught piano to children aged from five to eleven years old in their homes as a private teacher for five years. Her background is in education, specialising in young children, and she has always been proactive in supporting children’s creativity through music.
Natalie teaches a variety of abilities and carefully plan and adapt my practice to meet their individual needs. Her main ethos is not only to teach children to play the piano or keyboard, but to enjoy what they are learning so that they can express themselves through music and have fun! She uses games and activities to support children’s aural skills, improvisation, and sense of rhythm, and explore a variety of different styles.
