Lucy Dascalopoulos

Lucy has been performing professionally for over a decade and brings this experience to her lessons.

Lucy is a skilled, effective and dedicated vocal coach who teaches singing students of all ages and abilities. She specialises in building confidence and skill by teaching proper technique in fun and engaging lessons. Her lessons focus on building technique including tone, breath, support and singing with power and ease through warm ups, exercises and songs. She ensures that her classes are educational and fun, using support materials and offering feedback and homework.

Lucy believes that an encouraging and supportive environment is the best way to ensure students feel comfortable and perform to their best ability. She tailors each session to every student’s vocal needs; using a holistic approach with a variety of teaching methods to ensure her pupils are getting the most out of their lessons and achieve their goals.

Outside of teaching, Lucy has performed in various operas, off west end productions and devised/collaborative works. She currently sings with two bands (one blues, one pop/rock), provides freelance vocal coaching for touring musicals and has lent her voice to various projects and demo albums.

A note from Lucy: Learning music, and particularly learning to sing, benefited me massively as a student and beyond and brought me so much joy. I am passionate about helping others find the same joy through music and seeing themselves realising their goals.
