Play In A Band
Who doesn’t like to stand proud before an audience to receive appreciation and thundering applause for their performance?
Play In A Band lets you develop your skills as a member of a rock band. Whether you’re a backing vocalist or lead singer, a rhythm or lead guitarist, bassist, drummer, or keys player we’ll find a role for you.
As well as improving your musical skills, Play In A Band provides the opportunity to make new friends, celebrate successes, and support each other throughout. Explore your untapped potential!
Each week, you’ll work with experienced tutors and like-minded young musicians to explore a wide range of popular songs. You’ll learn how to arrange music together, improve your stage presence, and gain practical experience in live performance.
Sessions are welcoming, creative and collaborative, with the chance to perform to friends and family at the end of each term.
Who can join? Anyone age 8-16yrs learning the following instruments:
Drums, Guitar, Bass Guitar, Keyboard, Lead Vocals or backing vocals.

Wednesdays 4.30pm – 5.30pm at Worthing Music Centre based at Northbrook College’s music studios which feature over 20 acoustically designed spaces, including control/live room suites, performance areas, and post-production rooms. and
Thursdays 4pm – 5pm at Horsham Music Centre based at QM Studios, a professional recording studio offering 3 fully equipped rehearsal rooms, control room and recording booth.
