Anna worked as a class teacher for three years before joining West Sussex Music in 2008. She specialises in cello and piano lessons, but also works in whole-class settings across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, where she teaches a range of instruments including African drumming, samba and ukulele. Recently she has branched out into special schools and loves to see the joy that music-making brings to children and staff alike.
Anna has a passion to see people’s lives touched and transformed by the power of music. For the past ten years she has been running the Milton Mount Community Choir, which is a friendly, inclusive choir, open to all ages and abilities. She also plays in an improvisation trio called The Dragonflies, who take their music into a range of community settings including care homes and hospices to bring healing and hope.
