Skills & experience
Ben has been teaching brass instruments for nearly 10 years now. A Trumpet specialist he also teaches: Cornet, Trombone and Tenor Horn. He enjoys a varied role at West Sussex Music, this includes, teaching classroom instrumental lessons, small groups and one to one tuition. Ben currently holds a 100% record of students passing exams.
Ben subsidises his teaching role with a career as a professional musician. This has led to him playing at famous venues such as: the Royal Albert Hall, the London Palladium, Cadogan Hall and many more. Ben has also enjoyed some touring work, leading to playing abroad. He has played worldwide in Spain, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. He plays a variety of music. Ranging from wedding and function bands to tribute bands all the way to orchestral music.
